<image:caption>Cody Griffey, LMSW If you’re struggling with addiction, self-worth, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, you don’t have to figure it out alone. As someone with lived experience in recovery, I offer a warm, relaxed, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable being honest about what you’re going through. I specialize in addiction recovery and use a strength-based, trauma-aware approach to help clients navigate addiction, shame, relationships, self-esteem, and other challenges that can make it difficult to build the life they want. My own recovery journey has given me a deep understanding of the courage it takes to ask for help and the impact that judgment and stigma can have on the recovery process. Therapy with me is collaborative and goal-oriented. Together, we’ll identify what you want your life to look like, build on the strengths you already have, and work toward meaningful change. My goal is to help you increase behaviors that move you toward the life you want while developing greater self-acceptance, confidence, and a stronger sense of purpose. I primarily work with adults and am also open to working with teens navigating addiction and recovery. Whether you’re taking your first steps toward change or have been working on recovery for some time, I’ll meet you where you are and support you as you build a life worth living.</image:caption>

<image:caption>Jackie Wilburn, LMSW If you feel overwhelmed by your emotions, stuck in patterns that aren’t working, or frustrated by challenges in your relationships, therapy can help you find a way forward. I work with adults who want to better understand themselves, navigate life’s challenges, and develop practical skills to create meaningful change. I am a Licensed Master Social Worker in Kansas and Missouri, providing individual therapy through a trauma-informed, person-centered approach. I earned both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in social welfare from the University of Kansas. My experience includes supporting individuals and families navigating complex relationships, major life transitions, emotional distress, and challenging family dynamics. My work incorporates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), offering practical skills to help you manage intense emotions, tolerate distress, practice mindfulness, and navigate relationships more effectively. I also bring genuine curiosity and compassion to understanding your experiences, the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and what you want your future to look like. You can expect me to be warm, collaborative, and direct. I believe meaningful therapy involves both acceptance and change: creating space for who you are and what you’ve experienced while helping you develop the skills and confidence to move forward. Together, we’ll work toward greater self-understanding, healthier relationships, and a life that feels more balanced, fulfilling, and meaningful to you.</image:caption>
